Accommodation
Campers stay in high-quality backcountry tents at scenic campsites across Northern California. Each site is selected for safety and natural beauty, offering an authentic wilderness experience. Campers learn to set up tents, care for their gear, and live comfortably outdoors.
Meals
All meals are freshly prepared by campers and instructors in small cook groups using portable camp stoves and fresh ingredients. Menus are balanced, nutritious, and designed to fuel active days. Dietary needs and allergies are carefully accommodated.
Medicine
All instructors are certified Wilderness First Responders and trained to manage medical situations in outdoor environments. Personal medications are securely stored and supervised by staff to ensure proper use and safety.
Security
Safety is a top priority, maintained through expert supervision, strict safety protocols, and a 4:1 student-to-instructor ratio. Campsites are regularly assessed for safety, and daily check-ins help monitor group well-being.
Camp Traditions
Each evening, campers gather for “Evening Meetings” to reflect, share stories, and celebrate their accomplishments. The program concludes with a closing ceremony, honoring teamwork, growth, and the friendships formed during the adventure.
