Overview

In the heartland of North Central Minnesota, whispering pines and ancient oaks cradle a haven for playful minds and adventurous spirits - Camp Foley. A stone's throw away from the Twin Cities, this camp is a carnival of fun activities, serving as a nurturing ground for children to foster new friendships and experiences. The camp, accredited by the ACA, harmonizes with the surrounding splendor of 211 acres of birch, pine, and oak trees, alongside the shimmering Whitefish Lake's 1000-foot shoreline. The great outdoors here is a playground for zestful activities like sailing, windsurfing, and canoeing. The camp's commitment to providing quality instruction in over 30 exciting activities, including waterskiing, paintball, and rock climbing, encourages campers to take safe, healthy risks, fostering both their physical and emotional development. Safety is paramount at Camp Foley, with lifeguards perpetually on duty at the swim dock, and a resident nurse at the health center, ensuring the well-being of campers. The Marina, a separate dock, is the hub for all boating activities, while the main camp boasts a 38-foot climbing tower, a soccer field, and even a paintball course, among other facilities. Camp Foley, where girls and boys live in separate cabins, is more than just a summer camp.
